Items are shipped via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedex.com\/en-us\/shipping\/3-day-express-saver-shipping.html#express-saver\">FedEx Express Saver<\/a>, which typically takes 3 business days. Note: Warranty caps may ship via ground.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you require overnight delivery for your Web Shop order, contact us directly at <a href=\"mailto:financeusa@magventure.com\">financeusa@magventure.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are unable to provide automatic tracking information, however, if it is needed, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:financeusa@magventure.com\">financeusa@magventure.com<\/a> and we will pull it manually.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We are unable to accept returns due to hygiene requirements.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Platinum Warranty Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Platinum Warranty Customers receive 120 free caps\/year. We reserve the right to ship warranty caps with the most economical shipping method, which may be longer than 3 business days. Please choose the \u201cInvoice me\/Platinum Warranty\u201d option at check-out so we can properly apply toward your warranty.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Limited Warranty for Treatment Accessories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>MagVenture warrants solely (i.e. non-transferrable) to Customer that for 90 days from shipment of a Product by MagVenture, that such Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is subject to proper use, storage, operation, and maintenance of the Product in accordance with the operator manual or Instruction for Use, and shall not apply if the Product has been damaged after shipment to Customer or misused, altered, disassembled, repaired, or serviced by any person other than an authorized MagVenture representative.
