MagVenture web shop items typically ship out twice weekly from our Alpharetta, GA headquarters office. Items are shipped via FedEx Express Saver, which typically takes 3 business days. Note: Warranty caps may ship via ground.

If you require overnight delivery for your Web Shop order, contact us directly at financeusa@magventure.com.

We are unable to provide automatic tracking information, however, if it is needed, please contact us at financeusa@magventure.com and we will pull it manually.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns due to hygiene requirements.

Platinum Warranty Customers

Platinum Warranty Customers receive 120 free caps/year. We reserve the right to ship warranty caps with the most economical shipping method, which may be longer than 3 business days. Please choose the “Invoice me/Platinum Warranty” option at check-out so we can properly apply toward your warranty.

Limited Warranty for Treatment Accessories

MagVenture warrants solely (i.e. non-transferrable) to Customer that for 90 days from shipment of a Product by MagVenture, that such Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is subject to proper use, storage, operation, and maintenance of the Product in accordance with the operator manual or Instruction for Use, and shall not apply if the Product has been damaged after shipment to Customer or misused, altered, disassembled, repaired, or serviced by any person other than an authorized MagVenture representative. MagVenture’s obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace (at MagVenture’s option) any Product defect that was present when the Product was first shipped to Customer and of which Customer notified MagVenture in writing within the Warranty Period.
