MagVenture Accelerator TMS Training
MagVenture Accelerator is an intensive, hands-on TMS training program designed for healthcare professionals who want to strengthen their practical skills in transcranial magnetic stimulation and neuromodulation.
Delivering TMS in clinical or research settings requires more than theoretical understanding. It depends on structured workflows, consistent technique, careful decision-making, and practical familiarity with stimulation parameters, coil positioning, motor threshold determination, and patient-centered clinical routines.
The Accelerator combines structured education, supervised small-group training, and practical discussion with experienced professionals. Participants will have opportunities to refine key TMS workflows, ask practice-based questions, and connect with peers from the international neuromodulation community.

Who is the Accelerator designed for?
MagVenture Accelerator is intended for healthcare professionals working with, or preparing to work with, TMS and neuromodulation.
The program is particularly relevant for professionals who:
- are new to TMS and want to build a strong practical foundation;
- already work with TMS and want to improve technical consistency;
- want supervised, hands-on experience with core TMS workflows;
- are expanding a clinic’s TMS capabilities or clinical service structure;
- want to better understand how practical decisions affect everyday TMS delivery;
- would like to connect with other professionals working in neuromodulation.
The program supports practical learning across the TMS workflow, from foundational principles to hands-on application. It is not intended to replace local clinical training requirements, regulatory requirements, product instructions for use, or supervision by appropriately qualified professionals.
What you will learn
Build a strong foundation in TMS
Participants will review core principles of transcranial magnetic stimulation, including how stimulation parameters, coil orientation, coil positioning, and targeting decisions influence the technical delivery of TMS.
Develop practical TMS skills
Hands-on sessions focus on practical workflows such as motor threshold determination, coil positioning, targeting methods, and other routine steps used in TMS delivery.
Training is conducted in small groups to support interaction, observation, and guided practice.
Translate knowledge into clinical workflow
The program explores how TMS knowledge is applied in real-world settings, including workflow planning, documentation, safety considerations, neuronavigation, and practical approaches to maintaining consistency across sessions.
Explore selected advanced topics
Selected Accelerator programs may include additional workshops on magnetic peripheral nerve stimulation, neuronavigation solutions, and practical considerations involved in developing a sustainable TMS service.
